Zion Roof LLC agrees to provide its construction expertise to assist the Property Owner in developing a scope of repairs for the Owner's claim. Zion Roof LLC will evaluate the property by inspecting, taking measurements, writing a scope of repairs, delivering a detailed report, photos, videos, and any necessary documentation. Additionally, Zion Roof LLC agrees to meet and consult with adjusters when necessary.(Required)Initial2. Property Owners agree, in exchange for these valuable services, to contract with Zion Roof LLC to begin performing repairs in an amount equal to the total claim value that the insurance carrier determines (total replacement cost), including all contractor's incurred costs.(Required)Initial3. Property Owner authorizes Zion Roof LLC to communicate directly with the Owner's insurance company and/or Mortgage Company regarding the claim, inspections, supplements to the project scope/pricing, and status of payment.(Required)Initial4.
